1. No Refunds After Booking
Once a service or subscription is purchased and confirmed, EasyWash does not offer any refunds, whether it’s a single wash or a subscription-based plan. This policy applies to all payment methods used to make a booking, including online payments, credit/debit cards, or any other form of digital transaction.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that schedules can change. Customers are allowed to reschedule their service to a different time or date without any additional charge, provided the request is made at least 24 before the scheduled service. If rescheduling is not requested within this timeframe, no changes can be made, and the service will be considered complete.
3. Subscription Plans
EasyWash offers subscription plans for multiple car washes over a set period. Once a subscription is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Customers are responsible for utilizing their subscription services within the specified period. No refunds will be provided for unused washes or time left on the subscription.
4. Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. While we do not offer refunds, we will review the case and take necessary action to resolve any genuine payment issues.
5. Changes to This Policy
EasyWash reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy regularly.
